Who's the Bad Guy?

Since the US Illegal Internet Gambling Act is taking over the news with stories of finances and the world wide web, so many people are asking themselves what the actual difference between Internet gambling and online commerce is.

Those common men are not highly-qualified stock brokers, and they do not hold any license - in spite of all this they do not have any legal obstacles to risking their money online.

To tell the truth, the one single actual differing feature between e-commerce and online gaming is the amount of profits the US Government receives from the businesses: Day trading = lots of money; Gambling on Internet = not a single cent and lots of casino bonuses for gamblers.
